This massage aims to effectively target muscle tension and will leave you feeling revived. As with all of my treatments it's tailored to your individual needs, based on a pre-treatment consultation.

Pregnancy/post-pregnancy Massage
Nurturing treatments specifically designed for mums-to-be and new mums.
Pregnancy massage can relax you during an anxious time, provide much-needed relief from low back and hip pain and aid in the movement of fluid from swollen ankles and wrists. It is performed in a side-lying position.

Post-Pregnancy massage is similar, with an emphasis on fluid retention, low back, hip and shoulder pain and can be done in a position that suits your body. Babies are very welcome in my treatment room, be that sleeping in their carriers or on the table with you feeding or snuggling!

Oncology/Cancer Massage
Oncology massage is specially designed for those who are having ongoing treatment for cancer or are in recovery.
It is a gentle treatment, intended to relax and provide comfort at a challenging time and is completely tailored to your individual needs (taking in to account any treatment you had or are having), based on a full consultation. Oncology massage can be received in any position you feel comfortable in.

Treatments
I work with people who have cancer, cystic fibrosis, fibromyalgia, PSP, cluster headaches, injuries as a result of bad accidents, suffer from certain phobias or simply hate having their feet touched! My youngest client is 13 and my eldest 92.

I can create a bespoke treatment for most individuals and aim to provide a welcoming, safe, inclusive and non-judgemental environment for everyone. If you have a specific request, simply get in touch!
Cancellation Policy

Please note, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. ​Which means if you cancel or postpone your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount, unless I can fill your spot.
